岗位职责：
1. Routine RFQ and price maintenance, provide competitive price to PM.
常规询价，提供有竞争力的价格给PM。
2. Cost analysis and negotiation with suppliers for best price.
成本分析，和供应商谈判，以获得***的价格。
3. Continuously manage cost reduction projects to achieve cost saving target。
持续成本降价达到节省成本的目标。
4. Develop a supply base that align with the sourcing strategy, which will have consistent deliveries, high quality levels and continual cost reductions.
开发符合采购战略要求的供应商，要求交期准时，质量好，成本低。
5. Manage supplier performance and supplier relationships.
供应商绩效管理和关系维护。
6. Assist Product Development department on NPI’s and other activities.
协助产品开发部导入新产品。
7. Support SQE on supplier quality improvement program.
协助SQE改善供应商品质。
任职条件：
1. College degree or above.
大学专科或以上学历。
2. At least 3 years Sourcing experience in foreign company, can effectively communicate and cooperate with other departments, such as PM team, engineering, development, quality department, etc.
具备3年以上外资公司采购经验，能与公司内部其他部门有效沟通和合作，例如项目组，工程，开发，品质部门等。
3.Be able to read and write English, be skilled in email communication.
英语能读写，熟练地进行邮件沟通。
4. Plastic, fabric or phone cover industry background, understand plastic and bags product cost structure and analysis.
有塑胶、纺织、手机壳行业背景优先，熟悉塑胶、箱包产品成本结构和分析。
5.Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers.
有很强的和供应商的谈判能力和沟通技巧。
6. Can accept frequent business trips within the province.
能适应经常省内市内出差。
