Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will: Key Responsibilities 1 All over responsibility for the management of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction 2 Defining project organization and timelines as well as creating work instructions 3 Assignment of responsibilities in close collaboration with all project stakeholders as well as regular monitoring, checking and analysis of progress 4 Coordinating internal teams and sub-contractors involved in the project 5 Recognizing and resolving issues and problems during the project as well as verifying the achievement of milestones throughout the project 6 Identifying and assessing risk as well as introducing and monitoring corrective actions and solutions 7 Maintaining ongoing communication with the customer and acting as a link between the customer and internal departments involved in the project 8 Creating and presenting (status) reports and documentations, both internally and to the customer Qualifications and Requirements 1 Education: University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other related 2 Experience: 5+ years toy manufacturing experience, at least 1 years in project management, less experience/ fresh grad will consider to be Project engineer/Senior Project Engineer 3 Self-contained working style with a high degree of personal responsibility as well as capability to work under pressure, flexibility and goal orientation 4 5 days’ work and based in China 5 Willingness to travel frequently mainly Vietnam and Indonesia 6 Very good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial
