岗位职责：
1. Responsible for arrangement and management for mechanic, ensure to achieve the target of maintenance and changeover in production area 负责机修人员工作的安排和管理，保证在线维修及换线工作目标的实现
2. Improve、 Exception Handling of equipment 机器改进和异常维修处理
3. Communication between internal and external teams 内外部小组的沟通
4. Compile the relative equipment document 编写设备类相关文件
5. Report for boss about the work status. 提交工作报告给上司
6. Internal training plan and implementation. 组内培训计划制定和实施

岗位需求：
1. College graduated or above education background 大专或以上学历教育背景
2. Related major in mechanical or electrical automation 机械或电气自动化相关专业
3. Can compile the relative ISO equipment document 能编写ISO设备类相关文件
4. Good command of writing and reading English 良好的英语读写能力
5、Servo,Pneumatic, CNC, Laser, Die cut, Stitching。熟悉伺服，气动，数控，激光，模切，拼接、热压机、车缝机
