1. College or above graduated in related engineering field, such as mechanical, textile, chemical, material industrial, etc.

2. Have more than 2 years working experience in quality field or Lab.

有两年以上的工作在品质或实验室方面。

3. Familiar with quality methods, SPC, CPK, seven Quality tooling.

熟悉品质方法，SPC,CPK,7大品质工具。

4. Have stronger working ability and team spirit.

有较强的工作能力和团队精神。

5. Good spoken and written in English.

Job Description 岗位职责

1. Receive Customer’s Testing/quality file or requirement, review customer file and make risk assessment to comment whether meet customer’s requirement of OSM product.

接收客户测试和品质文件，评审和评估是否能满足客户产品要求。

2. Save the customer file into server and manage customer file (fill the record to trace).

存储客户文件在服务器和管理客户文件。

3. Internal training about customer requirements for related personnel and test personnel.

内部和外部人员培训关于客户测试要求。

4. Attend “kick off” meeting to evaluate the design structure and testing risk.

出席“kick off“会议评估设计结构和测试风险。
5. Provide Testing issue/risk to QE/PD for DFMEA.

6. 提供测试问题和风险给QE/PD关于DFMEA. 6. Check testing result and release official testing report to applicant and save the report to server.

确认测试结果，释放正式的测试报告给申请人并保存测试报告在服务器。

7. Discuss with the relating team to solve testing issues and provide better improving advice to meet customer requirement.

和相关团队讨论解决测试问题，并提供更好的改善建议满足客户要求。

8. Update the testing status according to customer requirements.

更新测试状况根据客户要求。

9. LAB test system management and maintain

实验室测试系统管理和维护。
