Key responsibilities
1. Responsible for the internal and external audit for supply chain, corrective action approve and submit.
2. Define yearly Logistics strategy. Support to Purchasing department and select the proper forwarder and carrier as to control the logistics cost and keep improving on the efficiency and shipment lead time and logistics cost reduction.
3. Well-optimized the warehouse utilization and inventory accuracy follow the receiving and releasing process of Materials and finished goods. Conduct good 5S, execute, and lead all the global new improvement programs.
4. Maintain and manage all the 3rd party logistics and warehouse, ensure the data, process, inventory accuracy and cost under control within the budget and forecast.
5. Well control the logistics cost （inland, air and ocean shipment）and warehouse inventory. Meet the yearly budget and monthly forecast target. Avoid the unexpected logistics delay.
6. The Weekly cycle count, yearly PI result has to be 98% above.
7. Maintain ERP system to assure data accuracy; new order release follow audit, approve policy Meet the KPI target of inventory control and obsolescence control.
8. Review and Approve the MRP result, New orders release.
9. Strictly abide by the National and global import and export policies and regulations and Duty tax policy. Assist the customs specialist and broker to ensure the balance of the customs books.
10. Respond to the visit and audit from the customs department and inspection.
1. Education: University or above with majoring in Management, Supply Chain management or Economics.
2. Work Experience: At least 8 years work experience in Material control，Logistics, production planning, procurement, warehouse management; Have excellent management skills and problem-solving skills. CSCP is preferred.
3. Language Proficiency: CET6+,Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
4. Data Analysis: Sensitive to data ; Skillful in data analysis.
5. Leadership: Proven leadership experience and track record in inspiring/motivating a team，preference for overseas work experience.
6. ERP System: Experience in MRP or ERP system logic.
7. Communication：Strong negotiation skills and coordination, fast response.
8. Team Spirit: Excellent team player, Able to work under high pressure.
9. This position requires an external assignment to work permanently at our Thailand factory.
