岗位职责:
1. Oversight of the QA engineering team by ensuring product developments are conducted in a systematic manner, fulfilling the contractual requirements, conforming to specified customer quality requirements.
2. Coordinate the establishment of product quality plan.
3. Participate in design & development reviews process, covering planning, requirements, design, validation and verification.
4. Support coordination and liaison with customers for development programs quality related issues and concerns.
5. Maintain and enhance NPI quality management system and procedures.
6. Manage customer relationships, lead quick and effective response to customer requests, coordinate field quality event resolving and RMA management.
任职要求:
1. A bachelor's degree or above, 5+ year quality assurance experience plus 3+ QA management role experience is required.
2. Experienced in quality management of new product development
3. Familiar to IATF 16949, ISO 9000, strong knowledge base on PPAP/APQP, capable of teach/coach application of lean six sigma tools. MBB/BB certification would be advantageous.
4. RMA management experience
5. Excellent communication skills and capable of communicating fluently in English.
6. Audio industry experience preferred.
