岗位职责： -根据检验计划对成品家具产品（木质家具，板材家具为主）进行装运前的检验。也包含生产前期的大货产前样和生产中期的线上产品的检验。 -根据供应商的不同，需要出差到浙江省、河北省和山东省等地方（也可能包含其他地方）， -完成检验后，需要根据公司要求准备英文的最终检验报告。 -针对产品的质量问题和供应商协商制定质量改进计划，对改进结果进行跟踪，并检验是否达到验货标准。 -向QC经理汇报质量问题，沟通解决方案。 -指导工厂产品相关的要求，如不同客人的包装要求和质量标准。 -和团队合作，一起确保从新产品开发阶段顺利过渡到大货批量生产阶段。 -执行管理层下达的所有其他任务 工作地点：浙江、河北、山东 等 职位要求： -至少5年相关家具质量保证/质量检验经验，有出口欧洲市场的大型采购公司/贸易公司的工作经验者优先。 -熟悉产品质量控制标准及应用方法。 -在室内家具（包含餐桌，餐椅，橱柜等）生产和质量标准方面有良好经验，特别是关于中密度纤维板/实木家具，软体椅子、桌子和柜类的经验。 -根据AQL标准判断质量问题及其原因。 -具有团队合作精神和执行能力。 -能适应经常出差。 -良好的出差成本控制技能。 -独立工作并能承受压力。 Job Responsibility: - Travelling to suppliers in Zhejiang, Hebei and Shandong provinces (sometimes to other locations), conduct pre-shipment inspection for finished products according to inspection schedule. - Preparing for final inspection reports in English as per company’s requirement. - Follow up corrective action plan on the quality issues. - Report quality issue to QC Manager - Guide factories with product related requirements, like company’s packaging and quality criteria - Work with team to make successful transition from New Product Development stage to mass production. - All the other tasks from the management Location: Zhejiang, Hebei, Shandong Requirement: - At least 5 years' related furniture QA/QC experience, preferably from a sizable sourcing office/trading company to European market. - Familiar with statistical quality control standard and application methods. - Good experience in production and quality standard of indoor furniture, especially about upholstery chairs with metal frame, tables and cabinets in MDF/solid wood with or without metal and glass components. - Good judgment in determining quality problems and their causes according to the AQL level. - Team worker with initiative and skills to implement - Willing to travel extensively - Well cost control skill during trip - Work independent and under pressure
