1) Products Development
- Know-how on machining component/processing, including sheet metal, extrusion, CNC, stamping and forging/casting, heat, and surface treatment.
- Know-how on plastic component/processing, including injection modeling and materials.
- Familiar with electronics, cables and PCBA is a plus
- RFQ, price comparison and analysis to ensure reasonable price we deal with suppliers.
- Coordination with R&D department for sample build and progress follow up and sample evaluation.
2) Supplier development and Management
- -Coordination with R&D and QA department to develop new suppliers, and do new supplier audit.
- Negotiation with suppliers in order to achieve target price, payment term and delivery.
3) Purchase Order Management
- Follow up PO production until shipment is completed.
- Assist buyer for delivery push when necessary
4) Purchasing Activity Management
- Able to work with cross functional teams in order to identify the requirements.
- Able to work with suppliers/vendors in order to fulfill the goals set by company
- Able to analyze and identify the cost breakdown,
- Regular meetings and reports on product/project developments.
-To ensure revision compliance within the procurement dept, and supplier related feedback/change management is communicated with R&D in a timely manner where appropriate.
- Technical communication and mold contract management

Specific requirements
1、Age：No limit
2、Education：College diploma or above；Major subject：Engineering majors such as mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering
3、Language：English is required, fluent in writing and oral.
4、Experience：Over 5 years+ experience in procurement in manufacturing industry (OEM/ODM) in a global company will be preferable.
5、Other requirements：Software: Good knowledge of understanding the drawings, any CAD software will be fine.
Personality: Strong negotiation communication, presentation skills and teamwork spirit are required (Important).
Industrialization Experiences: Manufacturing related industry, consumer products.
Good understanding in mold structure design and mold maintenance would be advantage
