FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE
Responsible for arranging and implementing inspection of raw material and finished goods, audit inspection data, implement 5S. Participate in the internal non-conformance and customer complaint investigation and handling. Communicate with suppliers, handling quality issue of raw material.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Quality
? Handle customer complaints and make on site trouble shooting.
? Conduct the raw material and finished goods inspection & record.
? Work closely with production according to batch ticket instruction to attain good quality products.
? Implement Color inspection and advise color adjustment plan for production.
? Carry out the calibration work periodically to electronic scale and other laboratory test equipments.
Requires:
? College Degree or above, Chemistry is preferred.
? Minimum of 5 years working experience in Quality Control field, experience in the coating industrial is preferred.
? Minimum of 3 years working experience in color inspection experience.
? On-site trouble shooting experience is preferred.
