Main responsibility主要职责:

-Lead maint., quality team to analysis process root cause, solve problem

领导维修和质量团队分析过程根本原因，解决问题

-Cooperate IE (Improvement Engineer) to succeed process improvement

与IE（改进工程师）合作，成功进行流程改进

-Succeed project in SOP as technical head (with QE, ME)

作为技术负责人成功完成SOP项目（与QE、ME合作）

-Given training and technical support to maintenance engineer & setter.

为维护工程师和设置人员提供培训和技术支持

-Operating method & standard optimize

操作方法和标准优化

-Process risk assessment & control method definition; Maintain related
documents (such as PFEMA) if need

过程风险评估和控制方法定义；必要时维护相关文件（如PFEMA）

-Lead daily issue (Quality & Eff.) which related to process analysis

领导与流程分析相关的日常问题（质量和效率）

-Standard process parameter definition

标准工艺参数定义

-Process key control point definition

过程关键控制点定义

-Monitoring process capability

监控过程能力

Qualification任职要求:

1. At least 3 years experience in the Automotive industry (in functions such
as process engineer, engineering member…) ;

至少3年汽车行业工作经验（如工艺工程师、工程成员等）

2. Good knowledge of Mechanic & electricity , PLC + HMI programmable will be
advantage ;

良好的机电知识，PLC+HMI可编程者优先

3. Good command of CAD , design experience will be advantage ;

熟练掌握CAD，有设计经验者优先

4. Strong ability to work under pressure, flexible, reliable, team player ;

抗压能力强，灵活、可靠，有团队合作精神

5. Communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas and
suppliers;

具备沟通技巧，能够及时从不同领域和供应商处获取信息

6. Good English level , the science English will be advantage.

英语水平好，有科学类英语背景者优先
