负责物料需求、生产计划的编制与下达, 负责原料、半成品、灭菌等周转的安排。
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:（主要职能和职责:）
一、Material Requirements 物料需求
1.Prepare and issue raw material plan;生产主物料需求计划的编制与下达;
2. Prepare and issue consumables plan;生产耗材需求计划的编制与下达;
3. Prepare and issue production tool plan;生产工具需求计划的编制与下达;
二、Production Planning 生产计划
1.Collect production demands from sales and forecast from global supply chain, and coordinate product delivery schedules;收集预测销售需求和预测，协调各部门产品交期;
2.Prepare monthly and daily material requisition plans;编制生产月度、日领料计划表;
3. Responsible for production order arrangement and issue production instructions;负责生产计划的编排与生产定单的下达;
4.Responsible for material demand analysis and procurement plans to ensure OTD;负责生产物料的需求分析与申购，确保生产顺利进行;
5.Responsible for coordinating urgent orders, exceptions, and production plan adjustments;负责生产急单、异常的协调和计划调整;
6.Responsible for monitoring and controlling production progress and deadline management;负责生产进度的跟进控制与交期管理;
7.Responsible for coordinating the circulation and transfer of parts in the process;协调生产车间物料的流转及转工序工作;
8.Responsible for the safety stock and inventory plan; 负责安全库存和库存计划制定；
9. Responsible for the analysis of weekly, monthly data, and then improve production plan;负责周、月生产数据的分析工作，改进生产计划;
10.Responsible for the analysis of label hours and efficiency to ensure capacity plan;负责工时和效率分析，确保产能计划满足规划;
11.Responsible for analysis and improvement of raw material scrap rate and loss.负责材料报废率和损耗的收集并推动改善;
三、Other Jobs其他工作
1.Lead monthly inventory counts;主导月度仓盘点工作;
2.Complete other tasks assigned by higher level supervisors.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

五、MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:（基本任职资格）
1.College degree or above 大专及以上学历
2.At least 5 year of work experience in PMC 生产计划及物料管理5年以上工作经验
3.Familiar with production process 熟悉生产流程
4.Be familiar with Office Software熟练地操作Office办公软件
5.Has rich experience on ERP operation 熟练操作的ERP软件
6.Fluent English in writing 英语读写流利
7.Good learning ability优秀的学习能力
8.Strong communication skills 较强的沟通能力
9.Strong ability under pressure, positive and optimistic抗压能力强，积极乐观
六、PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:（优先任职资格）
1.Has experience in electronic, auto industry or medical device industries are better有电子行业、汽车配件行业、医疗器械行业从业经验更佳.
