家具行业经验8年以下（不能包括电器、玩具、礼品、杂货类经验）或英语读写需要很大程度借助翻译软件的请不要投递简历以免浪费大家时间！！！ * 确保公司品质标准及标准样有被遵循和执行 * 确保各QC都有执行公司的工作流程。 * 针对客诉问题和QC在验货过程中发现的主要问题分析原因并寻找解决方案，同时指导工厂如何避免类似问题的重复出现。 * 回复客户客诉问题的整改方案 * 产品整改方案的落实、验证并记录 * 产品测试的协调与落实 * 参与样品评审，并记录、跟踪品质要点和更改要求 * 制作新产品品质控制文件供生产方遵循 * 法规性文件的收集、编制和发送 * 产品资料的制作、检查、复核及补充 * 产品组装说明书的核对、修改和确认 * QC力量不足时，独立按公司要求验货并填送验货报告 * 了解欧洲REACH及英国家具强制性要求 公司付13薪且有丰厚年终奖金！ Responsibilities * Make sure quality standard and master samples are implemented and followed by all suppliers * Make sure all QCs follow company SOP * Analyse the root causes and seek solutions to customer complaints and main faults that are raised by QCs during in line inspection, guide suppliers for how to avoid repeated faults during future production * Reply to customers with CAP * CAP implementation, audit and record * Coordinate and conduct product tests with 3rd party labs * Attend sample inspection and make reports. Assess the potential quality issues and necessary improvements. * Prepare quality standard documents for new products * Collect,edit and submit compulsory legal documents * Prepare, check, audit and update product specification documents * Check, correct and confirm assembly instructions * Help with quality inspection and prepare the report when there is shortage of QC. * Knowledge in EU REACH and compulsory requirements for furniture to UK market. Requirements： * Associate degree or above * Good command of English * 8 years or above experience in international home furniture industry * Experienced in furniture manufacturing and know how of workmanship for all kinds of home furniture * Honest, hardworking, hands on personalities * Adaptable to flexible working time and be able to travel frequently * Good communication skills,self-discipline * Willing and able to solve problems * Skillful at office software,such as excel,word, PDF, photoshop, outlook and CAD * Driving skill * Work experience in 3rd party laboratory * Inspection experience for furniture to European market
