工作职责：
Job Responsibility:
1. 模具设计：根据产品图纸和工艺要求，设计合理的模具结构，选择合适的材料和加工方法。
Mold design: basing on product drawing and process requirements, design a reasonable mold structure, select appropriate materials and processing methods.
2.模具开发：负责模具的加工、装配、调试和试模，解决加工和装配过程中的问题。
Mold development: responsible for the processing, assembly, debugging, and trial molding of molds, and solving problems during the processing and assembly process.
3.生产管理：跟踪模具生产进度，控制生产成本，解决生产过程中的质量问题。
Production management: track progress of mold production, control production cost, and solve quality problem in production process.
4.维护和支持：负责模具的维护，确保正常使用。
Maintenance and Support: responsible for maintenance of molds to ensure normal use.

职位要求 ：
Job Requirements:
1. 学历：模具设计与制造、机械设计或相关专业的学士学位。
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mold Design & Manufacturing, Mechanical Design, or related.
2. 工作经验：
Work Experience:
3-5 年注塑模具设计经验。
3-5 years of experience in injection mold design.
有 PP 注塑模具设计经验者优先。
Experience in PP injection mold design is highly preferred.
3.专业技能：
Professional Skill:
具有使用 AutoCAD、ProE /UG 等模具设计软件的经验。
Experience in using mold design software such as AutoCAD, ProE /UG, etc.
熟悉模具制造工艺，了解加工设备和方法。
Familiar with mold manufacturing process, understanding of machining equipment and methods.
了解欧洲模具要求和制造标准。
Knowledge of European mold requirements and manufacturing standards.
了解注塑工艺。
Knowledge of plastic injection process
了解塑料材料特性。
Knowledge of plastic material feature
4. 英语交流能力：
English Communication Skill:
英语流利，能用英语进行技术交流。
Fluent in English, capable of conducting technical communication in English.
优秀的英语口语能力者优先。
Excellent spoken English skill is preferred.
5.其他要求
