Responsibilities and duties 61 Prepare all documents for monthly payroll 准备每月的薪资相关报告 61 Act as a main coordinator in C&B outsourcing work, ensure the clear instruction for payroll, mandatory 负责协调外包工作,保证工资报表正确 61 Insurance and the company special benefits release 保险和公司福利的发放 61 Maintain attendance and payroll system and ensure the accurate data base 维护考勤和薪资系统,确保数据准确 61 Assist to manage employee’s leave control, and ensure the practice aligning with company policy 协助管理员工的休假控制并保证其符合公司政策 61 Prepare employee’s benefit administration and ensure the practice in compliance with labor law 管理员工福利并符合当地劳动法 61 Deliver the salary report regularly and labor cost report as required 根据要求定期提交工资报告和人工成本分析报告 61 Assist to conduct annual salary survey 协助开展每年的薪资调查 61 Assist to conduct annual merit increase 协助完成每年的调薪计划 61 Ensure all work in compliance with internal control policy 确保薪资福利的所有工作都符合公司的内控政策 61 Support HR Manager in review & analysis performance results 协助人力资源经理审核和分析绩效考评结果 61 Abide by the regulations about EHS policy 遵守有关环境、健康和安全政策的规定
Qualifications 61 Bachelor Degree or above 学士学位及以上 61 Experienced in human resource in MNC’s manufacturing 有跨国公司制造业人力资源方面的经验 61 Familiar with Jiangmen & Guangdong Province labor law 熟悉江门市及广东省劳动法律条款 61 Good communication skill, integrity, open-minded and team player 具有良好的沟通技巧、正直、开朗及团队合作精神 61 Excel in Microsoft excel software Human Resource experience 熟悉办公软件的应用 61 At least five years of manufacturing working experience in C&B area 至少有五年制造业薪资福利管理的相关工作经验
