具体职责
Responsible to quote the new projects by choosing the best process and by determining the
cycle time and lead time for tools.
通过选择***的工艺流程，确定生产周期和工具的交付周期，制作新项目的报价表
He will define as well the raw material to use and the surface treatment vs the customer
specification.
根据客户提出的规格要求，确定使用的原材料和表面处理措施。
He has to find the solution to the technical issues given by the production department,
customers, suppliers or sub contractors (internal or external actions)
为生产部门、客户、供应商或分包商提出的技术问题找到解决办法（采取内部或外部措施）。
He contributes to improve the quality of the product by implementing means and actions to
avoid occurrence.

He determines method of production of the parts in collaboration with production department
(improve machines or tools)
