Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1.Plans, coordinates, and controls production orders.计划、协调和控制生产订单。
2.Supports internal processes related to supply.支持与供应相关的内部流程。
3.Responsible for local and global planning of production capacities and distribution.负责本地和全球的生产能力和分销计划。
4.Ensures timely production of work orders.确保及时生产工单。
5.ERP-based planning, creating orders, and monitoring production orders.基于erp的计划，创建订单，监控生产订单。
6.The planning process is ensured with DCP Planning table following the rules described in the Guideline Production Planning.按照生产计划指南中所述的规则，通过DCP计划表确保计划过程。
7.Ensures proper production loading without delays and matching production capacity.确保适当的生产负荷，没有延迟和匹配的生产能力。
8.Plans, controls, and monitors the production process to be economical and on time.计划、控制和监控生产过程，以确保经济和准时。
9.Ensures the availability of components (internal process).确保组件(内部流程)的可用性。
10.Clarifies unfulfilled tasks with the responsible parties from Front Office, Supply, Production.与前办公室、供应部、生产部的负责人澄清未完成的任务。
11.Supports the process of introducing new products as well as phasing out products from production.支持新产品的引进以及产品的淘汰。
12.Assists in projects prioritized by the department and the company.协助完成部门和公司优先安排的项目。
13.Performs other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.完成直接主管分配的其他任务。
14.Works with colleagues in a team spirit and mutual cooperation.与同事一起工作，具有团队精神和相互合作精神。

Competences 任职要求：
1.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar field.本科以上学历，供应链管理或相关专业。
2.Minimum 3 years in a production environment of a medium-sized enterprise.至少3年中型企业生产环境工作经验。
3.Experience with SAP (modules MM, PP, SD).熟练使用SAP (MM, PP, SD模块)
4.Familiarity with production methods.熟悉生产方法。
