Define, improve and follow the process of Machining area:
制定、完善以及跟踪机加工领域的流程（工艺）:
Define and introduce process documents which related to production means,such as(Process setting,work instruction.
制定并介绍与生产方式方法相关的流程文件，如流程设定，作业指导书等；
- Follow or improve the tooling and machine in order to reduce the manufacture time.
跟踪或改善工具和设备已减少生产间提升工作效率；
- Define and introduce manufacture process according to different products.
根据不同的产品制定并介绍制造流程。
- Cooperate with Production Dept. to improve the efficiency of production lines.
与生产部门合作，以提高生产线的生产效率；
- Introduce and design new tooling in production line, follow up and improve.
为生产线引进和设计新的工具，并跟踪和改善。


Requirements岗位要求:
- 2D & 3D design software. 2D/3D设计软件。熟练的CAD/UG操作技能为佳。
- With strong 2D and 3D design ability. 较强的2D/3D设计能力。
- Good English skills, can communicate with foreigners. 良好的英语交流技能，能和外国同事沟通无碍。
- More than 2 years design or process engineering experience of CNC. 两年以上与机加工CNC相关的设计或工艺工作经验。
- Able to work overtime and travel. 能适应加班以及出差。
