岗位职责：
1. Take responsibility of e-mobility system development and management.
负责电驱动系统总成开发及管理工作；
2. Technical support to suppliers for parts production.
负责对供应商零部件生产的技术支持；
3. Issues solving during phase of OTS, testing, and production.
负责对产品试制、验证、生产等阶段质量问题解决；
4. Take responsibility of drawing, standard, specification management.
负责产品图纸、标准以及规范的管理；
5. Responsible for e-mobility system performance optimization.
负责电驱系统性能优化。
任职要求：
1. Familiar with electric drive system structure and system integration.
熟悉电驱动系统结构及系统集成；
2. Good knowledge of the system main components, include the motor, controller, and transmission.
熟悉电驱动系统关键，包括电机，电控，减速器；
3. Familiar with the production process of relevant parts.
熟悉电驱动系统零件生产工艺、流程；
4. Familiar with electric drive system test verification.
熟悉电驱动系统试验验证；
5. Familiar with the control strategy of electric vehicle.
熟悉电驱动系统的控制策略；
6. Familiar with APQP, quality system, and relevant standards of the area.
熟悉汽车行业APQP流程、质量体系、技术标准；
7. At least 5 years work experiences on e-mobility, experience on commercial vehicle has priory.
具有5年以上新能源开发经验，商用车领域优先；
8. English as working language, better if you know German.
熟练的英语/德语听说读写能力。
