1 Requirement analysis of customers---collect historical information and analyze customer requirements to analyze customers real demands / order differences. 客户需求分析---结合历史资料信息,对客户进行需求分析,识别客户真实需求和订单差异情况
2 Requirements planning management---analyze past marketing and sales forecasts to evaluate the reasonableness of customer demands and prepare demand plan. 需求计划管理---分析以往行销情况和销售预测,评估需求合理性,编制需求计划
3 Collect customer forecast / EDI date to maintain SAP 收集客户预测以及EDI数据并根据信息维护更新SAP系统
4 Prepare internal monthly delivery plan and daily delivery plan according to customer’s actual production demand plan. 根据客户实际生产需求计划,制作内部月发货计划,合理安排每日出货计划
5 Follow up orders status and make sure goods are delivered on time 跟踪监控客户订单完成情况,确保产品按时交付
6 Daily check / collect customer’s platform information 每日浏览客户信息平台及时收集客户信息
7 Coordinate customer feedback for abnormal problems 协调处理客户反馈的异常问题
8 Communicate and coordinate with customers to adjust delivery plan when exceptions problems occur 当发生异常,突发问题时与客户沟通协调调整出货计划
任职要求: 1 At least 3 years working experience 有3年以上相关工作经验
2 Familiar with ERP(SAP) , office and other software 熟悉ERP(SAP)、office等软件
3 Strong for planning , team spirit , cross-department communication , conflict coordination , pressure tolerance , interpersonal skill 计划组织能力、团队意识、跨部门沟通、冲突协调、抗压、人际交往能力强
