Responsibilities：
1. 负责组织维修人员对全厂设备及附属设备进行电气应急维修和预防性维修工作，制作和修理电气备品备件工作；
Organize technicians to carry out electrical emergency repair and preventive maintenance for all productive machines and make out relative spare parts plan.
2. 制定预防性维修计划和预防性维修保养文件，按期实施维修计划；
Make out preventive maintenance plan and documents, implement maintenance according to the plan.
3. 负责对维修人员的技术培训工作，提高员工的技术素质和工作效率；
Train technicians to improve their technical performance and work efficiency.
4. 收集和管理有关维修工作的技术资料；
Collect and manage technical documentation on repairs.
5. 负责维修的安全管理工作，杜绝工伤事故的发生;
Manage maintenance safety to avoid accidents.
6. 处理电气维修工不能解决的疑难故障和问题;
Troubleshoot on electrical repairs technician can‘t fixed.
7. 降低设备的停机时间；
Reduce equipment downtime.
8. 负责设备的安装调试工作.
Equipment installation and commission work.
9. 理解公司的环境方针及目标
Understand company's environmental policy and target.
10. 了解本岗位的环境因素、重要环境因素、环境风险、环境目标方案、环保应急预案等
Know job related environmental factors, important environmental factors, environmental risks, environmental objectives, environmental emergency plans etc.
11. 其他环境管理体系中所涉及的本岗位的环保知识
Understand other job-related environmental knowledge involved in environmental management systems.


Requirements:
1. Education: 大专以上学历，电气自动化专业或工业自动化专业
Above college in electrical or automation major
2. Experience: 5年以上相关工作经验
At least 5 years related work experience.
3. Technical know-how:
a. 熟悉并精通Siemens S7-300/1500, Winccflexible, Siemens TIA Portal software等软件，并且能够对人机界面进行编程；
Familiar and proficient in Siemens S7-300/1500, Winccflexible, Siemens TIA Portal software, and HMI programming.
b. 掌握驱动技术与ABB机器人的基本原理与运用，且掌握与PLC之间的通讯技术，将优先考虑;
Familiar with Driver control and ABB Robot . And familiar the communication technology with PLC will be a plus.
c. 具有清晰的电路分析思路，对新型和常规电气元器件较为熟悉，并能熟练运用于现场控制;
With clear circuit analysis ideas, familiar with new and conventional electrical spare parts.
d. 了解压力计、流量计、温度计等测量设备，熟悉液压系统、润滑系统和气动系统；从事相关专业工作两年以上者优先;
Basic knowledge on pressure gauge, flow meter, thermometer and other measuring equipment, familiar with hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic; above 2 years related work experience are preferred.
e. 英语能沟通，能看懂英文图纸;
English can be used for communication and reading.
f. 良好的团队合作和吃苦耐劳的精神.
