Responsible for reviewing the technical documents received from the client, including but not limited to: customer development nodes/SOR/CMF/ICD/customer standards/laws and regulations/counterpart drawings/3D data.
3. 根据客户要求制定《产品设计进度计划》。
Formulate Product Design Schedule according to customer requirements.
4. 主导D-FMEA的创建、评审及输出。
Lead the creation, review and output of D-FMEA.
5. 负责《产品特殊特性清单》创建、评审及输出。
Be responsible for the creation, review and output of the List of Special Characteristics of Products.
6. 在设计冻结之前，记录客户要求产生的变更。
Before design freezing, record the changes required by customers.
7. 负责记录，跟踪设计过程中产生的问题点，记录到" OPEN ISSUE"并反馈给研发部经理。
Be responsible for recording, tracking the problem points generated in the design process, recording to "OPEN ISSUE" and feeding back to the manager of the R&D Department.
8. 确保设计的产品能够在1.33 CPK或更高的长期能力下生产。
Ensure that the designed products can be produced at 1.33 CPK or higher long-term capacity.
9. 通过数据管理系统发布客户批准的 3D/2D (GD&T图纸)数据。
Release 3D/2D (GD&T drawings) data approved by the customer through the data management system.
10. 负责创建、提交设计过程的可交付成果包，到客户的数据管理系统。(如需要)
Be responsible for creating and submitting the deliverables package of the design process to the customer's data management system. (If required)
11. 研究Oakwood美国公司金属喇叭网的设计、可行性，与Oakwood美国公司设计工程师合作，为客户提供金属喇叭网总成及其配套的内饰件的产品设计输入。
Study the design and feasibility of the metal horn mesh of Oakwood America, cooperate with the design engineers of Oakwood America, and provide customers with product design input of the metal horn mesh assembly and its supporting interior parts.
12. 创建初始D-BOM, 初始过程流程图，工装/模具/检具需求清单。
Create initial D-BOM, initial process flow chart, tooling/mold/inspection tool demand list.
13. 提供后续的生产支持，如质量问题的解决，根本原因分析，工程变更，优化和效率改进，***实践文档等。
Provide follow-up production support, such as quality problem solving, root cause analysis, engineering change, optimization and efficiency improvement, best practice documents, etc.
14. 培养和维护与现有主要客户设计负责人的关系。
Cultivate and maintain the relationship with the design directors of existing major customers.
