岗位职责Responsibilities：
1. 分析和回顾成本和成本结构，如成本模型和目标成本。Analyze & review and have a knowledge of costs and cost structures, such as cost models & target cost.
2. 熟悉采购系统，包括从供应商开发到合同，供应商生命周期管理。Familiar with purchasing system, including Source to Contract, Supplier Lifecycle Management.
3. 与供应商沟通，了解其产品成本构成，确定供应商的价格是否合理。Communicate with suppliers to understand their product cost composition and determine whether the supplier's price is reasonable.
4. 配合采购部门提供数据分析结果。Give assistant to purchasing team about analysis results.
5. 配合相关部门工作。Work cooperatively with related departments.
6. 交付降本项目Contribute to the saving program by delivery of costs savings.
7. 每月降本分析并报告给高层管理层。Saving analysis and report to top management, monthly basis.
8. 上级交代的其他事项。And other matters assigned by the superior.

任职资格Requirements：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，财务专业，具备全面的财务相关知识
Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in finance, with comprehensive financial related knowledge (Must)
2. 5年以上财务相关工作经验， 3年以上工厂制造业成本经验，有外企工作经验者优先
More than 5 years of financial related work experience, more than 3 years of factory manufacturing cost experience, work experience in MNC is preferred
3. 较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力
Good ability of cost management, risk control and financial analysis
4. 熟练使用财务相关软件，熟悉SAP者优先
Proficient in using financial related software, familiar with SAP is preferred
5. 大学英语四级及以上，可简单进行工作汇报
CET-4 and above, can simply report work by English
6. 良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力
Good organization, coordination, communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure
