Basic Requirement& Skills
基本要求和技能
-College degree（minimum requirement），Bachelor degree or above (preferred)
大学专科学历（基本要求），大学本科及其以上学历更佳。
-Quality Management or field of science and engineering major( preferred)
质量管理或理工科专业为优先考虑
-be able to communicate in English(CET-4 Above preferred)
能用英文正常交流，CET-4以上佳。
-at least 5 years working experience in terms of quality or 3 years in Automotive field.
至少有5年从事质量方面或3年以上汽车行业从业经验。
-Quality tools management experience : 8D,APQP&CP,PPAP, FMEA。
熟悉8D,APQP&CP，PPAP,FMEA等工具。
-Knowledge of IATF-16949
熟悉汽车行业IATF16949体系
-Knowledge of industrial production, metal material product and process（Stamping preferred）
熟悉工业生产，金属材料，产品，工艺(冲压成型更佳) 。
-Rigorous, good analysis capacity
积极主动，有较强的分析能力。
MAIN ACTIVITIES
岗位职责
New project development involvement, new products APQP
参与新项目开发, 负责新产品APQP前期质量策划。
Involved in new project CC definition, take lead Capa analysis of new products.
参与项目关键特性确定，主导新产品初始过程能力研究及分析
Take part in PV test, Type test specification planning and making.
负责参与PV实验，型式试验规程策划编制
Cooperation with measurement engineer to finish the measurement and gauge development.
协同测量工程师主导新产品全尺寸测量及检具统筹
Responsible for documents making and submission in project phase(OTS,PPAP etc.)
负责新项目OTS，PPAP,各阶段的文件制作与提交
Responsible for new products inspection WI making and training.
负责新产品检验指导书编制及新产品的培训
Take lead run@rate audit before project transfer to mass production.
主导新项目投产前的Run@Rate审核
Responsible for external and internal problem analysis and report submission.
负责新项目各阶段内外部问题的解决与分析，报告提交。
Deal with customer or PPAP audit in project phase.
对应新项目客户审核，PPAP审核。
Responsible for quality indicators analysis, customer complaint handle and continuous improvement.
负责新项目质量指标分析与改进,客户抱怨处理及量产持续改善。
Other jobs will be assigned by quality manager
其他由质量经理安排的工作。
