Description
We are looking for a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Manager to lead Product Quality team in our new facility in Haining and to support our Sales team in Shanghai. In this position, you will ensure the top quality of PiBond’s manufacturing processes and products of next-generation semiconductor devices. To succeed in this role, you should be a dynamic individual with experience from management systems. In this role you will be reporting to PiBond’s Head of Quality.
Your tasks include:
61 Ensure product quality in our Haining facility
61 Support our Sales team in China and elsewhere in Asia
61 Root cause analyses and problem solving, lead customer complaints investigation and follow up corrective /preventive actions.
61 Cooperation in cross-functional teams including production operators, chemists, technicians, development engineers and suppliers.
61 Prepare and coordinate customer/3rd party audit and follow/improve against findings.
Report
Report to General Manager of China and to Sr. Director, Global EHSQ.
Job Requirements:
61 A strong, dynamic and positive work ethic, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
61 Background in chemistry: semiconductor material production, pharmaceutical, medical, or other similar industry with strict special requirements for quality.
61 Experience in material quality control of semiconductor fabs and understanding the expectations of semiconductor customers. Good background is, for instance, previous work experience in material IQC of semiconductor manufacturer.
61 Problem solving skills, root cause analysis capability, experience in customer complaints handling
61 Good knowledge in English.
