ACTIVITIES / DUTIES A. Guarantees a correct organization of activities, meetings of the Plant, managing the agenda, editing the minutes of the meetings ensuring the delivery to the involved members; B. Ensures the management of Plant & Plant Manager agenda and activities in order to optimize his/her work organization; C. Guarantees the presence at the Secretary Committee, supporting the President Office Manager in coordinating all the information, training and operational activities; D. Ensures the editing of the needed documentation as Monthly KPI/CCM/IRC for the Plant activities; E. Act if as the interface concerning the information flux addressed from the internal and external offices to the plant and the relevant Managers; F. Ensures the organization of meetings, presentations, visits for his/her area of competence; G. Guarantees the confidentiality of all company information of which he/she is aware; H. Guarantees the high level of service and Brembo business image both within and outside the company; I. Ensures the proper organization of Plant Manager & other Managers travel, according to company procedures, planning the whole program; J. Ensures the management of internal and external relations with foreign interlocutors, guaranteeing, for many languages, the ability of discuss and simultaneous interpreting (even by phone), as well as the comprehension and translation of highly complex documents; K. Ensures the control of the correct application of behaviors and procedures fixed by the company for the area of hi/her competence; L. Cooperates with the Assistant/Secretary of other pool for common activities or urgent situations; M. Ensures the support to all ongoing projects, managing the mail and documentation of first line. N. Ensure relevant plant events are well coordinated & organized. POSITION CHARACTERISTICS 1. more than 3 years about Previous experience within similar role 2.Core competence: strong learning ability, high EQ, good at communication. 3.In terms of management functions: flexible, with strong language skills, public relations skills and document writing skills, with certain organization and coordination skills. 4.Foreign Language: Italian or Spanish is a plus
