MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
1、Assist the R&D Centre and Customer Design intent on related products, lab test and experiments.

2、Innovate and assist projects for new design and related constructions to be able to launch to the OEM.
创新并协助项目的新设计和相关建设，以便能够启动到OEM。

3、File and compile related products lab test record or report; Build PDR and Development history. Assist in launching HOB for reproducibility on the shop floor/ production. Assist to Guide and train production employees and supervisors on product hand over.

4、Operate related production or laboratory’s instruments, equipment’s after qualified training;

5、Color matching experience is required.

6、Be able to operate and install Masters on the color computer and the day to day calibration.
操作和安装master并进行日常校准。

7、Collaborate with related internal and external technical experts on lab record collection, analysis and consolidation.
与内部外部技术专家密切合作，收集、分析和整合实验室记录。

8、Closely assist the R&D manager to work with Engineering, Operations or other functions peers on related product development or production initiatives;
紧密协助研发经理与工程、运营或其他职能部门同事一起进行相关产品开发或生产计划。

9、Corporate and help lead the R&D team and junior technical staff.
协助领导公司研发团队和初级技术人员。

10、Visit customers and present professionally research and developments of PANGEA to be able to gain business success.
拜访客户，展示PANGEA的专业研究与开发成果以取得商业成功。

11、Other tasks assigned by superior;
完成上级安排的其他任务。


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:
1、Bachelor degree majored in Leather Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related disciplinary;
本科学历，皮革工程、化工或相关专业。

2、Leather automotive manufacturing experience of preferable 3 to 5 years.
3 - 5年汽车皮革制造经验优先。

3、Good command of oral and written English (CET-4 ) ;
良好的英语听说读写能力(CET-4)

4、Knowledge of MS office;
熟悉微软办公软件。
