2、报表管理：按各报表需求端口的规定形式编制资产负债表、利润表等会计报表、税务报表、统计报表等各式报表，送达至企业内、外部各相关部门。Financial statement management: Prepare various types of financial statements, tax reports, statistical reports, etc., in accordance with the specified formats of various reporting requirements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and deliver them to various relevant departments within and outside the enterprise.
3、纳税事务：结合公司经营业务做好税务筹划、纳税申报及税务各项数据的填报，督促会计人员做好发票管理和保管工作。Tax affairs: In conjunction with the company’s operational activities, carry out tax planning, tax declaration, and fill in various tax-related data. Supervise accounting personnel to manage and safeguard invoices effectively.
4、审计工作：配合外部审计中介机构进行公司年度财务审计、所得税汇算清缴审计、研发费用加计扣除审计、各种项目申报专项审计。Audit work: Collaborate with external auditing intermediaries to conduct annual financial audits, final settlement and payment audits for income tax, audits for research and development expense deductions, and special audits for various project declarations.
5、预算编制：协助财务总梳理会计与经营分析的数据连接，组织和实施公司年度预算的启动、编制，汇总各部门预算收入、费用、资产等指标数据；Budget preparation: Assist the financial department in organizing and implementing the initiation and compilation of the company’s annual budget, by coordinating data connections between accounting and operational analysis, and summarizing departmental budget income, expenses, assets, and other indicators.
6、预算控制：按公司相关制度要求，组织日常发布销售进度数据指标、预算指标完成情况的预测调整Budget control: In accordance with company regulations, organize the daily release of sales progress data indicators and forecast adjustments for budgetary targets as required.
7、经营分析：协助财务总按月召开预算完成情况的经营分析会，编制月度汇报材料、预算执行情况的分析数据和报表，督促各预算端口的经营改善；Business Analysis: Assist the CFO in conducting monthly operational analysis meetings on budget completion, preparing monthly reporting materials, analyzing data on budget execution, and reports to encourage operational improvements at various budget endpoints.
8、资金计划：协助财务总按月编制资金收支计划，确保公司资金能够每个月正常有效的支持公司正常经营周转，保证公司业务的正常开展。Cash Flow Planning: Assist the CFO in preparing monthly cash flow plans to ensure that company funds can support normal business operations effectively each month, ensuring the smooth conduct of company operations.
9、资金筹措：协助财务总进行资金融通工作，做好各合作银行的授信手续，积极扩展合作形式，降低财务费用。Capital Procurement: Assist the CFO in conducting capital financing activities, completing credit procedures with various partner banks, actively expanding cooperation modes, and reducing financial costs.
10、其他事务：部门人员管理、培训、考核；企业高新认定或国家相关补助申请等；Other Affairs: Department personnel management, training, assessment; application for enterprise high-tech recognition or relevant national subsidies, etc.

任职要求Job requirement
1、8年以上会计、税务或财务经验，其中至少4年财务管理经验。8+ years of experience in Accounting, Tax, or Finance, with a minimum of 4 years in Financial Management.
2、会计学或财务管理学士学位及以上Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial Management.
3、英语听说读写流利Fluent in English.
4、擅长数据分析、EXCEL函数等数据管理工具Proficient in data analysis, Excel functions, and other data management tools.
5、具备中级会计师以上或同等资质，ACCA、注册会计师、USCPA、CMA等Hold a qualification equivalent to intermediate accountant or above, such as ACCA, Certified Public Accountant, US CPA, CMA, etc.
6、具备较强的组织协调能力和沟通表达能力。Possess strong organizational and coordination skills as well as effective communication and expression abilities.
7、电子材料、化学、制药行业优先Preferred in Electronics, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Industry.
