The Heat Transfer Engineer into Heat transfer & Fluid Mechanics team will be responsible for the technology development of brazed-plate heat exchangers (BPHE) by means of technology exploration, product development for new market or application and democratization of existing technology. This include developing models for existing technology or application, evaluating heat exchanger and system design optimization for new application, developing laboratory test capacity and capability according to the technology roadmap, and the business needs.
?Brazed-plate platform technology development related to geometries for adiabatic single- and two-phase flow as well as for single- and two-phase flow heat transfer. ?Research & study on new technology, through literature review, simulation, experimentation etc. ?New Product Development (NPD) project: input for project planning by estimating schedule, cost, risks, process and manufacturing tool, including preparation and review of stage gate deliverables, following Agile NPD framework. ?Technology & Innovation project: Accelerating innovative concept transformation into new technology and new product. ?Experimental validation: calculation, simulation, data evaluation, regression analysis, polynomial formulation. ?Technology and product benchmark & market analysis. Support to NPD, Product Management and Sales & Applications.
