Job Purpose: As one of the key members in the Marketing and Admissions (MAD) division of YWIES Tongxiang, this position plays a vital role in the formation and implementation of the overall marketing and admissions strategy of the school.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Admissions - Support the development and implementation of the strategic marketing and admissions plan. Be accountable for the new intakes target.
- Support or lead school admissions events to effectively promote the school to prospective families.
- Collaboarte with academic teams and MAD team members to continuously upgrade the quality of school admissions work, including admissions’ promotional materials, presentations, campus tour talks, events and results.
- Monitor on the mid-term and summer intakes progress. Constantly use data to evaluate and improve the acquisition efficiency. Take timely actions to achieve the yearly new intakes target.
- Analyse admissions data and collect market information, including the prospective parents’ feedback, targeted audience’ voices on social media, etc. Provide and share insights on admissions trends, customer dynamics and competitor analysis to help form the marketing strategy and actions to improve the overall enrolment result.
- Provide timely enrolment related analysis and reports, including projections towards the next year, based on the solid data.
2. Channel Development - Develop and maintain close working relationships with relevant organizations and institutions to enhance the school’s brand visibility and reputation, expand market reach, and drive student enrolment.
3. Event Support and Others - Provide necessary marketing support to the school events.
- Acquire a deep understanding on YCYW educational pedagogy through continuous learning. Use the knowledge to refine the admissions communication with the prospective families and partners. . - Assist the Head of Marketing and Admissions in developing the strategic plan, reporting, analysis, and implementing marketing and admissions initiatives to achieve the division goal as well as the school target.
- Coordinate or support other projects and tasks as required.
Requirements and Qualifications: - This role focuses more on the admissions function within the MAD team. - The person most likely comes from the K12 industry (5-8 years of experience), so he/she has a good understanding of international education. - - This person should have K12 admissions channel resources, channel development experience, and event management skills to support/lead admissions events. - He/She is an eloquent presenter and is able to convey the school’s uniqueness in a precise and charming manner. - He/She is a people person who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking with people. - Conversational English is a MUST.
