SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1/Ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment.
确保设备的安全稳定运行。

2/Achieve downtime rate, MTBF, and MTTR.
达到停机率、平均故障间隔时间（MTBF）和平均修复时间（MTTR）等指标。

3/Follow the PM annual schedule to implement the PM work order.
按照预防性维护（PM）的年度计划执行相关维护工作。

4/Ensure the smooth running of facilities equipment, such as Air compressor, WWTP, Power station.
确保设施设备（如空压机、污水处理厂、电站等）的顺畅运行。

EQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1/At least 5 years’ experience in leather industry or manufacturing industry.
5年以上皮革行业设备维修经验

2/High school, technical secondary school or above.
高中、中专及以上学历

3/Good teamwork spirit.
良好的团队合作精神

4/Must be familiar with electrical control principle, able to quickly solve equipment electrical failure.
必须熟悉电气控制原理, 能够快速解决设备电气故障

5/Must be familiar with Siemens inverter, PLC working principle, able to a
djust touch screen parameters.
必须熟悉西门子变频器，PLC工作原理，能够调整触摸屏参数

6/Familiar with pneumatic hydraulic principle, able to quickly find and solve problems.
熟悉气动液压原理，能够快速发现问题并解决问题

7/English level: Can read English document and write email in English.
有一定英语阅读和书写水平
