人员职责
1. 负责或者参与医疗仪器设备的客户需求分析，与客户和产品负责人紧密合作以深度理解需求；
2. 基于客户需求，与机械、电子、光学、系统等技术部门紧密合作，提供技术解决方案；
3. 负责或者参与软件架构、功能设计，并提供评审支持；
4. 按照代码***实践进行功能实现，在团队中提供代码审核支持；
5. 遵守高质量的软件开发流程，在软件功能实现过程中，完成单元测试、接口测试和集成测试；
6. 负责或者支持开发文档，包括设计文档，代码审核文档，以及测试报告文档等等；
7. 通过培训或者知识分享等方式，协助测试团队完成高质量的测试计划；
8. 负责软件缺陷调试和修复，与测试、市场、售后等部门紧密合作，快速对客户报告的软件缺陷做出反应和支持。
1. Requirements analysis and closely working with customers and product owners to understand specifications.
2. Based on customer’s requirement, closely work with other technique apartment (Mechanical, Electronic, Optics, System) to come up technique solutions.
3. Software design and review for Medical Equipment Instrument.
4. Code implementation following best coding practice and provide code review support to peers.
5. Follow high quality software development process, be responsible for Unit Test, Interface test, Integration test in function implementation process.
6. Engineering documents support which includes design document, code review report, test report, etc.
7. Provide training and knowledge sharing support to test group to help them define high quality test cases.
8. Software problem troubleshooting support for defects reported by test group, go-to-market process, and customers.

1. 本科以上学历；
2. 一年及以上C++软件开发经验；
3. 良好的逻辑分析能力，快速学习的能力，对技术充满热情；
4. 熟练掌握C/C++，了解算法，良好的数据结构基础；
5. 熟悉Linux/windows系统、进程间通信、多线程等技术；
6. 熟悉网络编程，熟悉TCP/IP协议；
7. 熟悉C++11以上标准；
8. 有敏捷研发流程经验，单元测试经验，CICD流程经验或者测试框架经验者优先；
9. 有医疗行业开发经验优先；
10. 有基础的英语读写能力;
11. 善于在团队中合作、沟通，做事认真负责，勇于接受挑战。
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 1 year or above C++ development experience.
3. Good analytical skills. Quick learner. Strong passion to technique work.
4. Skilled in C/C++, understanding of algorithms, and solid foundation in data structures.
5. Familiar with Linux/Windows systems, inter-process communication, multi-threading, and related technologies.
6. Familiar with network programming and TCP/IP protocol.
7. Familiar with C++11 and above standards.
8. Knowledge to Unit Test, Agile process, CICD or test infrastructure is a plus.
9. Experience in medical industry development is a plus.
10. Basic English reading and writing skills.
11. Good team player. Strong communication in team work. Strong willingness to take challenges.
