Your Tasks:
1. OP/SP product definition/support sales colleagues for planning
2. Product strategy definition (product portfoilo & roadmap management; product lifetime management: phase in/phase out agenda, pricing)
3. Driving new product specification and business development.
4. Manage customer requirement on product, evaluate product optimize or upgrade
5. Pricing/quotation support - CQ process pre alignment
6. CV market intelligence & competition analysis
Your Profile:
1.Bachelor degree is a must; Mechanical/Electrical Engineering backgground is preferable;
2.Good English skill at both oral and writing; Germany is a plus
3.Logic thoughts, good communication skills and team player, fast learning;
4.Strong communication, personality / resilience, initiative, cultural competence
5.Active working attitude to solve the problems final goal orientation;
6.Ability to work well under pressure;
7.Oversea experience and automotive industry experience preferred
