Position Accountabilities: 87 Follow the handling procedures as laid down for the customer. 87 Provide timely response to customer’s queries or requests on daily operations. 87 Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively 87 Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customer’s require and solve daily operational issues. 87 Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the superior. 87 Proper documentation filling 87 Understand and know well the operation cost, give right quotation to customer for any additional operation requirement. Record and give accounting dept for billing. 87 Make sure the accurate system transaction and document creation.
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience: 87 Diploma or equivalent 87 2 years of experience in a related capacity 87 Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment 87 Good command of written English and spoken Chinese, Mandarin an asset. 87 Willing to work extended hours when required 87 Willing to work on shifts.
