Overall responsibilities and duties:
o Produce parts (replace, reinforce) 保证生产（替岗，增援）
o Coordinate work within GAP area 在GAP内协调工作
o Improve work processes 改进工作流程
o Perform all required checklists and feedback 根据日工作表的要求进行检查并回复。
o Audit standardized work(identify variation in cycle time & cause) and report to supervisor if there’s any problem. 检查标准工作（识别各种节拍变化及原因）有问题及时向主管汇报。
o Perform 7 quality basic: self-inspection and provide feedback on defects to operators进行7个质量基础的工作：自检并向操作工回复问题点。
o Perform the audit at the start of shift (Poka Yoke, ok 1st part, safety checklist) 进行开班前的检查（如防错、首件合格、安全检查等）
o Work with GAP members in the production line, coach GAP members in how to perform their role与本GAP的员工一起参与生产工作，指导员工做好他们的工作。
o Analyze production issues 分析生产事项
o Analyze and empty red bins and meet with supervisor on production issues 分析并清空红箱子，和主管一起处理生产事项。
o Continual improvement on environment and production process 对生产过程及环境进行持续改善。
o Discuss improvement ideas with operator与操作工一起讨论合理化建议
o 5s Tour GAP area to check cleanliness 对本GAP区域的5s 情况进行巡检。
o Development of the GAP小组的发展
o Help supervisor to do skill training for new operators 帮助车间主管做新员工技能培训
o Polyvalence certification and task transfer related work 多岗位及任务转移的相关工作
o Ensure proper flow of information to and from the GAP: top 5 with GAP members, regular information meetings 确保信息在GAP小组内外的正确传递：GAP 5分钟晨会，例会。
o HSE and Working conditions 健康、安全和环境，工作环境
o Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations确保完全遵守HSE规章制度
o Reflect the GAP member’s ideas of improvement of working conditions and ergonomics 反映组员工对工作环境及人机工程的改善意见
o Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Junior colllege 大专及以上
Experience :
o 3 years or above related working experience; 3年以上相关工作经验；
o Familiar with production process and standards 熟悉流水线的生产操作流程和标准；
o Responsible for work, active, obey the arrangement, good at learning, willing to accept new things 工作认真负责，积极肯干，服从安排，善于学习，愿意接受新事物；
o Strong communication ability and the team cooperation spirit, has the certain computer operating base. 较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，有一定的计算机操作基础。
