职位概要 Job mission :
负责定转子铁芯及其散片的测量程序编制，测量操作指导书的编制，与客户对接测量方法，审核测量报告，以及管理、校准现场量检具，执行MSA（测量系统分析），确保测量工作的准确性和高效性
Responsible for programming measurement procedures, developing measurement operation manuals, Aligning with customers on measurement methods, reviewing measurement reports, managing and calibrating field measuring tools, and executing Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the measurement work for stator and rotor cores and laminations.
工作内容 Job content:
1. 测量程序编制：利用蔡司三坐标和投影仪等测量设备，编制和优化测量程序，确保测量流程的高效性和准确性。Measurement Programming：Utilize measurement equipment such as Zeiss CMM and OMM to program and optimize measurement procedures, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the measurement process.
2. 操作指导书编制：编制清晰、详细的测量操作指导书，为操作人员提供标准化的操作流程和注意事项。Operation Manual Development：Develop clear and detailed measurement operation manuals, providing standardized operating procedures and precautions for operators.
3. 客户对接与测量方法沟通：与客户沟通测量需求，明确测量方法，并提供专业的技术支持和建议。Customer Liaison and Measurement Method Communication：Communicate with customers on measurement requirements, clarify measurement methods, and provide professional technical support and advice.
4. 测量报告审核：审核测量数据，确保数据准确性和完整性，编制规范的测量报告。Measurement Report Review：Review measurement data to ensure accuracy and completeness, compile standardized measurement reports.
5. 量检具管理：负责现场量检具的日常管理、校准和保养，确保测量工具的准确性和可靠性。Measuring Tool Management：Manage, calibrate, and maintain field measuring tools to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
6. MSA实施：执行测量系统分析（MSA），评估测量系统性能，提出改进建议。MSA Execution：Execute Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to evaluate the performance of the measurement system and propose improvement recommendations.
7. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务；complete other tasks assigned by metrology supervisor

◆蔡司三坐标、投影仪操作培训three-coordinates machine, projector measurement operation training in Zeiss Brand

经 验 Experience:
◆3年以上品质检验经验。 3 years quality related job experience.
技能技巧 Skill:
84 了解VDA6.3/IATF TS16949基础知识；Basic knowledge of VDA6.3/IATF TS16949
84 熟悉蔡司三坐标和投影仪等测量设备，具备基本的编程和数据分析能力。Familiarity with Zeiss CMM, OMM, and other measurement equipment, with basic programming and data analysis skills.
84 良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够与客户进行有效的沟通。Good communication skills and customer service orientation, able to effectively communicate with customers.
