1. 收集客户关于新项目/新产品的要求，参与可行性分析。 Collect customer requirements for new projects/new products and participate in feasibility analysis
2. 将客户质量要求转化为内部产品规范/标准，并形成文件交付给相关部门。 Transform customer quality requirement to internal product specification/standard, and make it documented and delivered to relevant departments.
3. 跟踪确认新项目各阶段的质量状况，配合项目经理完成项目阶段评审，并推动改进。 Follow up and confirm the quality status of new project at all stages，support project manager to complete milestone review and promote improvement
4. 负责项目阶段客户投诉的处理，主导8D报告。 Responsible for project phases, customer complaint handling, dominate the 8D report
5. 负责CP的编写与移交批量生产前的执行。 Formulating and executing of control plan before hand over mass production.
6. 负责项目阶段产品关键特性的SPC控制。 Responsible for SPC control of key product characteristics during project phase
7. 负责新项目移交批量生产前的产品审核及过程审核。 Responsible for product and process audit of new project before hand over mass production.
8.支持项目经理评审NPI团队其他成员APQP文件的完成质量，培训团队成员APQP文件，以帮助提高他们的水平。 Support project manager to review other team members' APQP documentation completion quality and train team members on APQP documentation to help improve their performance.
9. 参与项目阶段不合格品的评审, 支持项目工程师进行质量改进。 Participate in review of unqualified products during project phase， support project engineer to improve quality.
10. 设计并与客户沟通项目的检测方式方法及验收标准。 Design and communicate project inspection methods to customers and reception criteria.
11. 负责完成上级领导安排的各项事务。 Other jobs assigned by the superiors.

1、 大专及以上学历，汽车、机械设计及制造、加工及自动化等相关专业； College degree or above, major in automotive, mechanical design and manufacturing, processing, and automation, etc.
