Position Statement: Execute Waste/Loss elimination/reduction processes through application of the most appropriate tools and methods. Coordinate other Plant WCM pillar leaders in their journey towards operational excellence. Be directly responsible of the correct implementation of the Brembo WCM Methodology in the Plant: - Monitors and coordinates activities of the WCM Pillar Teams in the plant, together with other Pillar Leaders; - Set a Plant WCM Roadmap and ensures its implementation - Defines most appropriate methods and tools to attack specific losses according to Brembo WCM guidelines - Defines operation and improvement plans in line with assigned KPI and ensures they are implemented in the area of responsibility; - Shares know-how on Brembo WCM standards, methods and tools (Learning and deploying knowledge about WCM methodology) to plant people, according to needs and priorities - Maximizes people involvement in the application of Brembo WCM methodology - In charge of Data Collection and Measurement activities ; - Participates in kaizen activities, supporting different projects and tracking activities execution; - Supports in implementing initiatives to share and deploy the Brembo WCM knowledge within the Plant; - Supports Plant Manager in coordinating KPI collection and analysis; - Supports Plant Manager with initiative aimed to involve and engage blue collars in continuous improvement processes (Suggestions/Rewarding programs etc.); - Supports improvement projects carrying out required analysis, supporting improvements applications, guaranteeing constant monitoring of activities status; - Supports all Production System Activities (Training, Audit, etc.) in collaboration with Plant Manager. - Supports Plant Manager during Budget Process
