- Participate in new project transfer, responsible for new process, equipment, fixture, tooling design and qualification

- Create and maintain the Standard Operation Procedure to guide BC’s work.

- Define standard routing time and continuous improvement.

- Provide both theoretic and hands-on training for workers.

- Process problem diagnosis and troubleshooting

- Work together with QE to solve the products quality problem.

- Continuously optimize manufacturing process to improve product quality and production capability to meet customer requirement.

- Communicate with HKI specialist to get technical support

- Capex control and IDM management
固定资产投资管理以及间接物料管理
- All other tasks assigned by line manager or company

任职要求：
- BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or equivalent degree
工业工程或者机械制造等相关专业本科学历
- Familiar with valve manufacturing process such as valve assembly, testing and valve test standard.
熟悉阀门制造工艺，如阀门装配，测试工艺和相关行业标准
- Familiar with special valve process such as cleaning valve, high pressure test, cryogenic test.
熟悉特殊阀门工艺，如洁净阀，高压测试，低温测试
- Familiar with automation is a plus.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
