Assist to the Production Manager for the items listed below:
- Implement and enforce SHEQ requirements
- Maintain and improve the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Prepare monthly maintenance schedule and coordinate with maintenance engineer.
- Maintain and update documents about equipment PM.
- Responsible for new project of equipment improvement or modification.
- Work with Process Engineer and Maintenance Engineer on equipment trouble shooting, and change authorization
- Assist in investigation of the equipment break down and present the suggestion
- Plant 5S management and improvement.
- Responsible for training of operators, organization management and improvement
- Assist in new process and product implementation process
- Collect and analyze the production data records.
- Assist in investigation of the abnormal batch and present the suggestion
- Responsible for the SAP data collection the transfer
- Responsible for Raw Materials Management

Education:
- BS degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical.

Experience:
- 3 years working experience in chemical manufacturing
- A proven track record in equipment excellence
- Good inter-personal and computer skills
- Can communicate in English and good computer skills
- A team player.
