1. General Description Responsible for issue related to process supervising, claim, damage, insurance, certificate.

Specific Accountabilities 61 To communicate with vendor & & Insurance Company for claim issue. 61 Analysis root cause of damage cargo and outline improvement solution case by case. 61 Monitor the daily activities of QA department. 61 By analysis the damage report to find the risk and take out corrective to help operational team improve their quality and efficiency in respect of operation. 61 To establishes good relationships with customer to ensure a clear understanding of our claim procedure. 61 Ensures that the team work, group cohesion inspirits of co-operation and mutual support prevails all the time. 61 Take charge of ISO certification and other certifications.
3. Skills Required 61 Good communication and interpersonal skill. 61 Able to work independently and good decision making skill 61 Good command of written and spoken English, mandarin 61 Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4. Experience and Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree of IE 61 3-5 years logistics and supply chain experience.
