Responsibility: 1. Cross Regional Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics operations across the United States, Mexico, and Vietnam, ensuring efficiency and smoothness of logistics processes. 2. Supply Chain Management: Inquire about market prices based on company sales needs, communicate effectively with shipping companies and agents, complete booking operations, and ensure full tracking of goods from departure to delivery. 3. Material Information Confirmation: Work closely with Mexican agents to confirm the accuracy of material information according to the Material List (MC) and sales shipment requirements, ensuring smooth shipment of goods. 4. Cargo Inspection and Supervision: Responsible for booking space, assisting and supervising the preinspection and loading of Mexican containers to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 5. Customs Cooperation: Maintain good communication with customs departments and cooperate in cargo inspections to ensure smooth customs clearance processes. 6. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in the logistics process and develop corresponding prevention and response measures. 7. Cost Control: Control transportation costs through effective logistics planning, enhancing cost-effectiveness. 8. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and analyze logistics data, optimizing logistics solutions. 9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as sales, procurement, and production to ensure logistics plans align with the company's overall strategy.
Experience/Education Required: 1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field. 2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in international logistics, with a background in multinational companies preferred. 3. Skills: Proficiency in office software such as Excel and PowerPoint, with basic data analysis capabilities. 4. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and spoken language. 5. Professional Certification: Holding a certificate related to international logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
