工艺工程师Process engineer
岗位职责：
1. 完成公司内部新、改、扩建项目工艺设计文件，
比如：设计依据，工艺描述，PID，工艺流程框图，设备表，数据表等
Responsible for the process design of new, renovation, and expansion projects, such as design basis, process description, PID, process flow diagram, equipment list, data sheet, etc.

2. 完成工艺计算，比如：流体力学，设备尺寸，换热器，泵，风机 等
Responsible for process calculation, such as fluid mechanics, equipment sizing, heat exchanger, pump, fan, etc.

3. 完成设备、管道布置图、详图 等图纸
Responsible for equipment, pipeline layout, detailed drawings, etc.

4. 负责工艺向其他专业提条件
Responsible of providing process requirements to other disciplines.

5. 会同生产、维修等部门配合采购部完成设备、设施等物资采购；审核设备条件图、制造图、技术协议等技术文件
Cooperate with production, maintenance, and other departments to complete the procurement of equipment, facilities, and other materials; Review technical documents such as equipment condition drawings, manufacturing drawings, technical agreements, etc.

6. 检查工程公司、设计院、供应商提供的工程设计图纸、设计文件
Check the engineering design drawings and documents provided by the engineering company, design institute, and suppliers.

7. 参与项目过程中的各种协调沟通工作
Participate in various coordination and communication tasks during the project process.

8. 完成公司、部门交代的其它工作
Complete other tasks assigned by the company and department.

任职资格
1. 主修化学、食品、医药工艺与工程等相关专业；
Major in Chemistry, Food, Pharmaceutical Technology and Engineering, or other related majors.

2. 具备8年以上相关设计工作经验；
Having over 8 years of relevant design work experience.

3. 具备一定的英文听说读写能力，可以作为工作语言；
Having a certain level of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, it can be used as a working language.

4. 兼有设计院和工厂工艺设计经验者优先；
Priority given to those who have experience in both design institutes and factory process design.

5. 掌握一定的化工行业规范及标准；
Master certain codes and standards in the chemical industry

6. 良好的解决问题的技术分析能力；
Good technical analysis capability on problem solving.

7. 熟练应用OFFICE各软件、制图各软件(例如, AutoCAD, Navisworks, 等) 、行业相关工程软件等；
Proficient in using various OFFICE software and drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks, Industry related engineering software, etc.

8. 吃苦耐劳，有较强的工作承受和学习能力/意愿，以及团队合作精神；
Hardworking, with strong work and learning abilities/willingness, as well as teamwork spirit.
