85Requirements – Education / Special knowledge, skills:
85College Degree or above with majoring in Mechanical Engineering
85More than 6 years experience and skill in drawing and design and development.
85Good command of designing for key process such as prototype technic, machining is essential
85knowledge of Catia, Cero, Siemens-NX (Catia is priority)
85Knowledge of GD&T, Standard such as ISO/DIN and good 2D drawing practice
85FEA and CFD simulation experience is preferred.
85Water pump and oil pump experience is preferred.
85Good at communication and good sense of ownership.
85English reading,writing,speaking and listening skills
Knowledge in ISO9001 or/and IATF16949, ISO14000
10)Major tasks / Tasks on own responsibility:
85Responsible for R&D eginnering of 3D/2D drawings draft/check/release, keep contact with NGPMG for technical discussion and alignment.
85Leading the design team for the products design and development.
85Responsible for the technical specification checking and approval.
85Cooperate with application engineer for projects related tasks.
85Technical review with supplier/customer
85Technical support to other department.
85Responsile for documents(including drawing/BOM/SPEC etc) management, including receive, send, forward and archive.
85Checking and approve work request in OA system initially.
85Responsible for the Benchmark activities in order to keep products competitives.
85Involve the R&D process generation and optimization.
Internal training.
