Responsibility:
岗位职责：
1.Daily operation management: Responsible for the daily operation management of the plant B (production, logistics and quality control). including process optimization and execution control, to ensure the smooth progress of all plant activities.
日常运营管理:负责B厂区的日常运营管理(生产、物流、品控)。包括工艺优化和执行控制，以确保长区各项工作顺利进行。
2.Planning and control: Organization sets and implements production plan include monthly/quarterly planning.
计划与控制:组织制定并实施各阶段生产计划包含月度/季度计划。
3.Quality control: Responsible for final product quality, coordinate to deal with quality issues, and ensure that products meet quality standards.
质量控制:对成品质量负责，协调处理质量问题，确保产品符合质量标准。
4.Personnel management: reasonably arrange staff to work in various positions, organize staff training, improve skill level, ensure delivery and improve plan implementation rate, KPI evaluation.
人员管理:合理安排各岗位员工工作，组织员工培训，提高技能水平，保证交付，提高计划执行率，KPI考核。
5.Production safety: Responsible for the implementation of civilized and safe production system, set up management system and various rules and regulations of the company in the production department.
安全生产:负责实施文明安全生产制度，组织健全生产部的安管管理制度和公司各项规章制度。

6.Other: Complete other tasks assigned by the leader in a timely manner, such as organizing the handling of accidents, coordinating the handling of disputes, and making handling suggestions and others.
其他:及时完成上级领导交办的其他任务，如组织事故处理、协调纠纷处理、提出处理建议等其它事项。
