Process (Piping) Engineer
1. Process Design
1.1 Responsible for process design (including relevant process descriptions, P&IDs, equipment lists, material lists, pipeline lists, equipment technical specifications, data sheets., etc.)
1.2 Responsible for summarizing design basis for procurement and other disciplines (including non-standard equipment, instrument, electrical, layout, procurement materials., etc.)
1.3 Provide technical support for on-site installation and commissioning of process system
1.4 Provide technical support for the preparation of bidding documents of the project
2. Piping design
2.1 Equipment layout and piping design according to PID
2.2 Use 3D software for equipment and pipeline modeling and design (including 2D and 3D design)
2.3 According to the design, provide Isometrics，bill of materials and technical specifications, and provide technical support for procurement
2.4 Provide technical support for on-site construction and installation
3. Participate in various coordination and communication tasks during the project process
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the company and department
任职要求：
1. 化学工程、制药工程、食品工程专业
2. 熟练使用CADWorx, PDMS， CAD等主流化工三维建模软件，可独立绘制二维、三维工程图
3. 五年以上精细化工、制药、食品工程项目工艺设计经验；设计院、企业或工程公司从事过同类型工作
4. 熟悉国家、行业规范和GMP要求；熟悉化工单元操作，各类化工计算
5. 具备扎实的化工理论知识
6. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作意愿，善于学习，乐于沟通，积极向上
7. 有较强分析、判断与解决问题的能力，关注细节
