Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the daily scheduling and tracking of the company's orders, timely feedback and coordination of abnormal situations, and ensure the on-time delivery of orders 2. Responsible for the signing, keeping, archiving and registration of the contract contract to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the contract signing 3. Responsible for customer email and telephone communication, regular maintenance of customers, timely handling of feedback and complaints, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction 4. Foreign exhibition docking experience and foreign customer development experience is preferred. 5. Other matters assigned by the leader.
Competency and Qualification: 1. College degree or above. 2. At least three years of customer and order management experience 3. Fluent spoken English
