1. Daily maintenance of the whole plant automation control system, failures can be dealt with. 2. PLC program/instrument timely troubleshooting, root cause analysis. 3. Deeply understand the production process, an propose and implement automatic control solutions according to different process requirements. 4. Responsible for function designing and implementing for the process automation. 5. Responsible for debugging, commissioning and acceptance of automation systems in the project 6. Responsible for the program design, selection development, implementation and change of the automatic control system. 7. Review and guide electrical connection and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation and valves. 8. Participate in automation system management rules and regulations 9. Factory automatic control system management, program backup/recovery, parameter and account management, etc. 10. Check for systemic hidden bugging, reduce the failure rate of equipment, and improve equipment OEE. 11. Follow other rules and regulations of department and factory.
