1. Totallyberesponsiblefor production, quality, machine, safe, manpower and 5S management;

2. Allocate the resources to assure the production can fulfilled on time;
负责按照生产计划合理调配资源，以确保保质保量完成生产任务；

3. Be responsible for the operators assessment and attendance records;
负责对本班次员工进行考核和考勤；

4. Be responsible for the 5S management and check;
负责本班次5S的管理和检查，以确保生产有序进行；

5. Be responsible for resolving the abnormal things to assure the production can run fluently;
负责异常问题的处理，以确保生产的顺利进行；

6. Be responsible for maintaining and checking the company's disciplines; 负责本班次生产纪律的维护和检查；

7. Checking whether the operators obey the WI; 负责监督本班次各生产线工艺文件的执行情况；

8. Be responsible for transmitting the disciplines and requirements to the operators, and reporting the abnormal things on time; 负责将公司制度、上级要求传达给下面员工，并及时向上级报告生产车间的任何异常状况；

9. Other tasks. 其它临时安排事宜。
