2 Ensure own area safety, care team member in right safety behavior .

3 Follow up company safety rule (Stop-Wait-Call) and escalation process strictly.
严格执行公司的安全规章制度（停止-等待-呼叫）和事故上报流程
4 Lead HBW improvement project.
主导 高架仓改善项目
5 Identify the whole shift focus points（Equipment condition;system stability; material flow;
Inbound & Outbound capacity）and lead the actions follow up
主动识别班组(设备运行状态；系统稳定性;所有物料流；进/出产能)关注点并跟进
6 Assist managers and leaders to coordinate and arrange daily work, ensure smooth operation of daily production.
协助经理或主管进行日常工作的协调及安排，确保日常生产的顺利运营
7 Work with other area to coordinate production plan and accomplish other tasks.
和其他区域一起协调生产计划，完成其他任务
8 Ensure achievement of team KPIs in SQDCP. Do related improvement actions on unaccomplished ones.
确保团队中 SQDCP KPI 的达成，如果没有达成的应有相应的改善行动
9 Review formal regular/irregular performance, make related countermeasures and support team members to implement.
做出正式定期的/不定期的业绩回顾，制定相应措施并协调团队成员执行
10 Be familiar with statistic analysis and action follow up from system data
熟悉数据分析并跟进.
11 Consistently fulfill improvement both on safety and cost reduction
在安全和成本方面持续改进
12 Ensure compliance with related requirements on quality, cost etc in HBW area.
确保高架仓区域符合质量和成本等相关要求
13 Focus on team member's satisfaction and motivation
关注团队成员的满意度和积极性
14 Develop, train, confirm and improve standardized workflow.
发展、培训、确认并提升标准化工作的流程
Training/培训职责:
1 Coordinate and ensure correct process implementation and smooth process confirmation in HBW area. Coordinate and ensure running of trainings .
协调 高架仓 区域内流程的正确使用以及流程确认的顺利进行，协调团队培训工作的顺利进行。
2 Work closely with department’s training team, eg: process confirmation on completion rate and document control.
与本部门培训团队紧密合作，比如流程确认的完成率以及对文件的管控

LCI/持续改善:
1 Support and drive own area’s continuous improvement activities.
支持并推动各自区域内的持续改善活动
2 Support managers’ continuous improvement projects.
3 支持经理的持续改善项目
4 Support LCI department’s evaluation.
支持持续改善部门的评估
5 Be able to develop, train, confirm and improve standardized workflow.
能够发展、培训、确认并提升标准化工作的流程
6 Trouble shooting skill with PPS tool
运用 PPS 等工具解决工作中的问题
7 Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager,
