Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Overall management on warehousing and distribution project, including space/equipment/staff/flow/security, etc;
负责仓库以及项目的分配，包括空间/设备/人员/流程/安全等
2. Draft and publish SOP, operation policies and reports template mapping out; Continuously update SOP to reflect operation changes.
制定相关的规章制度，操作流程及报表。持续更新SOP以反映流程变化。
3. Oversee the KPI statistics and assess the completion of the project.
负责该项目的KPI的统计，评价项目的完成情况。
4. Daily operation management, including inbound/outbound/inventory control/cycle counting, etc.
日常运行管理，包括货物的进/出站，库存及盘点
5. Be responsible for daily operation including order taking, quotation offered, tracking report and monthly report maintenance.
负责客户订单的管理工作,包括：订单处理、报价每日更新客户报表并制作月报告。
6. Timely communication/feedback/reports to client; Establish good relationship with client and perform maintenance; Dispose of any customer complaint or outstanding issue as soon as possible, find root cause and give action plan.
保持与客户的日常沟通，并及时向公司汇报与反馈， 建立和保持与客户的良好关系，发生投诉，着手调查原因和寻找补救措施，尽快解决客户问题，追踪根本原因，给出行动计划。
7. Keep close communication with clients.
密切联系客户，保持良好的沟通。
8. Assist Manager to perform monthly bill settlement with client.
协助经理与客户完成月季清算
9. Staff on-the-job training to facilitate operation accuracy/efficiency/quality.
对仓库管理员就工作的准确/效率/质量方面进行培训指导
10. Proper people management to achieve best teamwork for operation excellence.
正确地进行人员管理，促进团队合作，进一步推动项目的良好运作
11. Cross function knowledge/experience sharing.
与员工分享专业知识及经验
12. Cost sensitive.
对于成本控制敏感。
13. Any other task assigned by manager including new project implementation，continuous process improvement and so on.
经理布置的其他任务如新项目实施，现场流程持续改进落地等。

任职要求：
1. Outstanding Mandarin, good command of English and PC skills.
熟练的普通话，良好的英语水平及电脑技能
2. Good sense of process management and continuous improvement

3. Capable of execution

4. Junior college degree or above
大专以上学历
5. Over 3 years related experience in warehouse management function.
SAP System operation experience is preferred. Excel proficient.
3年以上第三方物流相关经验,仓库管理及SAP系统操作经验者优先, Excel熟练。
6. Patient, efficient, responsible, can work under pressure.
